Question - Do I need to be an experienced dispatcher?

Answer - No, however a basic knowledge of freight dispatching is needed. Everyone will need to successfully pass the assessment to be considered for the program. You will only be able to take it one time per email address.

Question - Can I have my own dispatching company and complete this training program?

Answer - Yes, however this program is intended for freight agents looking to dispatch under the authority of the hosting brokerage. A non-complete agreement is required to participate which bars participants from soliciting partners from the program.

Question - I am still unsure about the program. How can I get more information?
